A general model knows almost everything except your company. Training one on your own material — your documents, your history, your way of answering — is what turns a clever assistant into a useful colleague.

Trained on what you already have

Your quotes, tickets, manuals and correspondence are the training material. Cleaning it, structuring it and deciding what must never go in is as much of the work as the training itself.

It stays on your machines

Training and running both happen on hardware you own. Nothing is uploaded, nothing improves somebody else's model, and no supplier can change the terms on you next year.

Measured against the job

We agree beforehand what better means — fewer escalations, faster quotes, right answers on a test set you wrote yourself — and show the number before and after. A model nobody can measure is a demo.
